1 1/2 oz Patrón Silver
1/2 oz Remy Red or Passőa
1 oz passion Fruit Coulis or Puree
1 oz Orange Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method: shake all ingredients together. Serve straight up or on the rocks.
Garnish: fresh sprig of mint and ground nutmeg.
